Commerce is an inevitable part of modern life. We, the department of commerce are well endowed with four committed teachers. The main subjects taught in commerce stream in class 11 and 12 include Economics, Accountancy and Business Studies. The main aim of commerce is
- To develop economic understanding
- To develop students understanding of economic problems and their effects on society
- To develop sense of values that serve as the basis of economic planning.
In our school, teachers handle their classes in interesting ways by presentation, group discussion, seminar, industrial visit, web designing, project work, lab activities etc. Teachers take extra effort like remedial classes, morning and evening classes, Saturday classes etc. During study leave, our students get personal attention from teachers.
It is because of combined efforts of the dedicated management and teachers that our students get glittering results in CBSE board exams. In the area of higher studies, the performances of our students are outstanding. In this occasion I would like to offer our hearty gratitude to the “Almighty God”.
