Rev. Fr. Siby Njavallikunnel CMF

General Manager

As the Provincial Superior of St. Thomas Province, Rev. Fr. Siby Njavallikunnel CMF serves as the General Manager of LFPS. In this capacity, he, along with his council, oversees the appointment of key personnel, including the Local Manager, Principal, and Bursar. The General Manager and his council constitute the apex governing body and are responsible for making final decisions on all matters, including: Resolving concerns and grievances; addressing disputes between local management and staff; providing strategic guidance and direction to the school. This leadership structure ensures a unified and collaborative approach to managing the school, aligning with the values and mission of the Claretian Missionaries.

Rev. Binu Kizhakeelamthottam CMF

Local Manager

The Local Manager serves as the local patron and representative of the Provincial Superior, playing a vital role in the institution’s governance. Appointed by the Provincial Superior and his council, the Local Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school and ensuring the implementation of the institution’s vision and mission. As the local representative of the Provincial Superior, the Local Manager acts as a liaison between the school and the provincial leadership, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Principal

The principal is the chief administrator and academic leader of the institution, serving as the visible and immediate head of the school. Appointed by the Provincial Superior and his Council, the Principal is responsible for overseeing the academic programs, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall quality of education. As the academic director, the Principal provides vision and direction for the school’s curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The Principal reports directly to the Local Manager, keeping them informed about the school’s functioning, progress, and challenges.

Administrator/Bursar

The Administrator/Bursar serves as the chief financial officer of the institution, overseeing the day-to-day financial administration and management of resources. Appointed by the Provincial Superior and his council, the Administrator/Bursar is responsible for: Managing financial transactions and accounts; Coordinating budgeting and financial planning; Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies; Providing financial guidance and support to the Principal and Local Manager. The Administrator/Bursar plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health and sustainability of the institution, working closely with the leadership team to achieve the school’s mission and goals.

Student Counselor

The Student Counselor plays a vital role in fostering a supportive and inclusive school community. His key responsibilities are: Building and maintaining positive relationships between students, parents, and teachers; Providing guidance and support for students’ emotional and social well-being; Identifying and addressing students’ concerns, needs, and interests; Offering individual and group counseling sessions to promote mental health and resilience; Facilitating effective communication between parents and teachers to ensure collaborative support for students’ growth and development. By providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, the Student Counselor empowers students to navigate challenges, develop coping strategies, and thrive academically, personally, and socially.

Mr. James Jacob

Senior Academic Coordinator

The senior academic coordinator oversees all the academic operations, policies, and procedures in the school. He manages timetables and schedules in coordinating all the academic events, conferences, and workshops. He is a link between the faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. He is also responsible for providing guidance on curriculum development and implementation; enhancing the faculty with teaching and student mentorship while conducting quality audits and reviews.

Mrs. Ruby C. Varghese

Staff Secretary

The staff secretary provides vital administrative assistance to the Principal and to the manager. She coordinates meetings and events in the academic year while maintaining effective communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. She is also responsible for coordinating staff development programs, workshops, and conferences. And more importantly, provides support for school committees and task forces.
